KNS Institute of Technology, located in Bangalore, is one of the prestigious engineering institutes in the country. The college is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University and is approved by AICTE. It has also got recognition from Govt. of Karnataka. College campus is spread on the 20 acres of land in Bangalore City. KNSIT was inaugurated by Mrs. Sonia Gandhi in the presence of Shri S. M. Krishna, Former C.M. of Karnataka. The institute offers 5 undergraduate courses under its BE degree. Admission is granted on the basis of the candidate’s score in the qualifying KCET Exam. 

The faculty at KNS Institute of Technology consists of 71 highly qualified members as well as 10 visiting faculty members from the industry. The college also has a great placement record with a successful previous placement season bringing in an average CTC worth INR 18 LPA. The average placement percentage of the last three batches was an impressive 90%. The institute also provides students with internship opportunities as well as industrial visits. KNSIT offers several scholarships such as Matric, SSP, NSP to its students. The institute has successfully graduated 16 batches so far.
