The college has a 25+ year’s legacy of excellence in management education, FIIB offers AICTE approved two-year full-time flagship general PGDM programme as well as a 2 year specialized PGDM programme in Financial Management. Apart from PGDM, the institute offers one full-time and one part-time Postgraduate Program in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics (PGP-BI & DA). These programmes are offered in association with IBM Corporation.
Admission to the PGDM programme is based on the marks scored in GMAT/ CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA entrance exam. Final selection is based on the entrance exam scores, past academic scores, work experience and performance in Personal Interview (PI) round. For PGP-BI & DA, candidates are selected on the basis of aptitude test and PI round.
FIIB placements 2021 concluded with 84 per cent success rate. During the FIIB Delhi Placements 2021 the highest CTC offered was INR 17 LPA & the lowest CTC offered was INR 3.75 LPA. The average CTC offered was INR 6.46 LPA. Top recruiters like Deloitte, American Express, Yes Bank, FedEx Express, Tech Mahindra, Airtel, Nestle, CSC, Colgate and many more participated in the placement.

FIIB PGDM Admission Process:
- Applicants must appear in any MBA entrance exam.
- Applicants must fill the application form available on FIIB website and pay the application fee.
- Eligible applicants will be called to take the FIIB-PAT-WAT Test and an online/ face to face personal interview will be conducted
- The final selection of candidates is done by giving 35% weightage to entrance exam, 10% to academic performance, 10% work experience, 10% written ability, 10% speaking skills and 25% personal interview
- Shortlisted applicants are required to deposit the tuition fee and verify their documents for FIIB PGDM admission

FIIB Delhi Scholarships
Merit-Based Scholarship Programme: highly meritorious students and includes a total of 5 scholarships of up to 50% tuition fee value for the specially selected students admitted to the PGDM and PGDM-FM programmes. Tuition Assistance Programme (TAP): Scholarships of up to Rs.2,20,000 per student are awarded to deserving students decided on the basis of Past Academic Performance (Graduation, Xth and XIIth Standard), Score in Competitive Examinations and Relevant Work Experience.

Shrivastava Scholarship Programme: In addition to the above-mentioned scholarships on offer at the time of admission to the FIIB PGDM programme, at the end of 1st year at the college, the top 10% students of the batch receive performance-based scholarship with 3 top performing students getting special merit scholarships
